How the calculation works

Schedule compliance = work orders completed as scheduled ÷ work orders scheduled × 100. It’s the share of planned work done in the slot it was planned for. Higher schedule compliance is better.

Unlike PM compliance , it counts everything on the schedule, preventive and corrective, so it measures the planning and scheduling process as a whole.

When it drops, the usual causes are breakdowns pulling technicians off planned work, parts not ready when the job starts, or more work scheduled than the team has hours for.

This calculator is for one period, entered by hand. In MachDatum CMMS every work order carries its due date and completion time, so the record behind this number is already there.
