Supplier Booking Guide

Access Info

Only admins have access to the Supplier Booking feature.

Add Supplier Entry

Step 1

Go to the Supplier Tab and click Add Supplier.

Step 2

Enter the Supplier Name.

Step 3

Select the Supplier Group created earlier.

Step 4

Add CC and BCC email addresses (comma-separated, multiple entries allowed).

Step 5

Click Add to finalize.

To Book Meals for a Supplier

Step 1

Click the Modify button on the top right.

Step 2

Select: o The Supplier Name o The Start Date o The meals you want to book: Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner

Step 3

Click Confirm.

Since only the start date is given, the supplier will be booked for the selected meals from that date onwards.

Supplier Meal Menu

Step 1

Start Date is mandatory. End Date is optional.

Step 2

If no end date is given, the same menu will continue indefinitely.

Step 3

If an end date is specified, the menu will apply only for that period.

Step 4

Menus must be added separately for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Step 5

Once the menu is set, on the calendar: o Dates with supplier bookings will show a menu option. o Clicking the date will display the corresponding menu for that meal.
