Configurations Guide
The Configurations section allows admins to manage key settings for meal bookings.
Access Info
Only admins have access to modify the rate code.
Cut-Off Times
You can set separate cut-off times for:
• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Dinner
These times determine the latest point at which a meal can be booked for the same day.
Cut-Off Days
• The cut-off days define how far in advance meals can be booked.
• Example: If the value is set to 45, users will only be able to book meals for the next 45 days from the current date.
The meal menu rate varies based on the selected Rate Code. These rate codes are managed in the Masters section.
Modifying a Rate Code
Click the Modify Rate Code button at the top-right.
A popup titled Modify Rate Code will appear.
Use the dropdown to select the desired rate code.
Enter the updated amounts for: a. Breakfast b. Lunch c. Dinner
Select the Effective Start Date for the new rates.
Click Save to apply changes.
Viewing Rate Revisions
In the Action column of the rate code list, click the History button to view all previous revisions made to that specific rate code.
This helps track historical changes in meal pricing over time.
